  • Cookie Duration: Our system uses tracking cookies to attribute sales to your account. Cookies remain active for 30 days, meaning any purchase made within 30 days of clicking your link will count towards your commission.
  • Affiliate URL QR Code: You’ll also have access to a QR code for your affiliate link, making it easy to share offline or via printed materials.

4. Commission Structure

  • Commission Rate: Affiliates earn 10% of the sale value, excluding shipping and taxes.
  • Zero Amount Commissions: We also allow commissions on purchases with a total value of $0 (e.g., free promotions).
  • Affiliate Self-Purchase: You are welcome to use your affiliate link for your own purchases and earn commissions.

5. Payouts

  • Minimum Payout Amount: Commissions are paid out once your balance reaches $100.
  • Refund Grace Period: Payments will only be made for sales that are beyond the 30-day refund window. This ensures all commissions are earned from confirmed sales.

6. Expectations and Policies

  • Honesty and Integrity: We expect affiliates to promote our products authentically and avoid any misleading claims about Soul Sea Botanicals.
  • Prohibited Practices: Affiliates must not engage in spammy behavior, false advertising, or unethical marketing tactics. Violations may result in account suspension.
  • Refund Policy: If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding commission will be marked as “rejected.”
